1. Create a Showcased Demonstration Project for the RVEP field surveys in Assamlopmental goals and MDGs.

2. Develop and provide support services for Capacity Development of government, implementation agencies and other stakeholders; Content and Knowledge Management tools, MIS and Monitoring & Evaluation tools for the Remote Village Electrification Program of MNES, Govt of India.

3. Provide the same support services (as above) for the GVEP Partners in the Track 1 Activities in focus states to assist the partners in achieving the scale up of their activities.

4. Facilitate and support public efforts for improved access of energy services to catalyze other developmental activities such as education, health and income generating activities.

5. Provide the ICT tools for coordination of the planning, optimization of the public resources and the efforts of different governmental agencies, NGOs, private sector and local communities with the aim to achieve the national developmental goals and MDGs.
